Kristen Lipari, PhD

I am a licensed psychologist based in San Diego providing telehealth throughout California. Through an integrated cognitive behavioral and interpersonal approach, I collaborate with my clients to promote awareness, insight, and adaptive thinking. I base my work on research-backed interventions so you can rest assured that you are receiving evidence-based care. I believe that you're the expert on you, so I carefully listen to my clients to provide them with care tailored to their needs.

A trusting relationship is at the core of all of my client work. I'm always willing to talk candidly so that therapy feels safe and helpful. As an Armenian American ethnic minority whose doctoral research focused on historically oppressed cultural groups, I welcome clients representing all identities and diverse cultures and religions
